Pushing personal limits and establishing new standards in Indian high-altitude climbing
Creating a path for future mountaineers to follow and expand upon
Project 50 × 6000M (2026) is more than just a climbing goal — it is a mission, a movement, and a commitment to Indian mountaineering. As a professional mountaineer born in the Himalayas, I have spent over a decade in the mountains, evolving from trekking to high-altitude technical climbing. Over the years, I have summited more than 30 peaks, including multiple 6000m and 7000m mountains, and have led over 100 expeditions across Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, and Sikkim.
With Project 50 × 6000M, my aim is to summit 50 peaks above 6000 meters in the Indian Himalayas by 2026. This is not just about personal achievement — it is about pushing my limits, setting new benchmarks, and inspiring the next generation of Indian climbers. This project represents discipline, resilience, and a deep connection with the mountains. Many of these climbs will be done in challenging conditions — including winter ascents, alpine-style climbs, and attempts on lesser-known and unclimbed peaks. I also plan to document these journeys to showcase the beauty, risks, and realities of high-altitude mountaineering in India.
To achieve this goal, I am preparing rigorously:
Highlighting the immense potential of the Indian Himalayas at national and global level
Encouraging the next generation and building a stronger adventure culture in India
Pushing personal limits and establishing new standards in Indian high-altitude climbing
Creating a path for future mountaineers to follow and expand upon
These are the 6000m and 7000m peaks I've already summited on my journey to complete 50 peaks above 6000m.
